The Freedom Fires is a step by step process designed to assist conscious leaders to look within, so that they can burn through the fear and the doubts that inhibit our ability to step into the greatest level of service possible for our lives.

In this presentation Annastacia will take the audience through a step by step process that will enable leaders to tap into the infinite power of Freedom Fires. This is a process enabling leaders to navigate through a crisis and to come out the other side feeling more empowered, on purpose and able to reach for a much higher potential as a human being.
We are living in an age of rapid change. Regardless of whether it is global pandemics, emerging technologies, injustice, inequality or planetary issues such as climate change one thing is true. In order to thrive in these fires of change leaders must ignite the fires within. Conscious leaders must have the ability to burn through old patterns and paradigms to be the pioneers of a new narrative in business.
The audience will walk away with the tools to ignite personal change, to make an assessment of what in their personal and professional life needs to shift in order for them to evolve as a conscious leader. They will have a much deeper connection to purpose in leadership and will be empowered to use the fires of change as a catalyst for a new kind of purpose driven business model. One that puts people at the heart of all operations.

In this presentation, Annastacia dares the audience to dream in a way they may have never considered possible before. This is a process of empowerment designed to inspire the pioneers in an organisation with the tools to create something new, or to innovate in a new way. This process bridges the gap between fear and possibility.
In order to create a new world, or to break down outdated paradigms or belief systems, we must first believe that another story is possible. We must have the courage to stand firm in our why, and from that deep place of integrity write a new script. So where do we begin in allowing ourselves to imagine a different way of being or a different possibility for the future. After all the rest is all unwritten, but to create a new narrative we must walk out into the possibility plains, and stand under the skies of Limitless Wonder.

In this presentation, Annastacia takes the audience on a deeply personal journey back to the heartland of her native home in Kenya. In 2017 she returned to Kenya on a mission to adopt a child. In going on that journey she was exposed to the corruption of the Kenyan child welfare system and was exposed to the exploitation of both women and children. What was so shocking was the level of cultural acceptance around abuse of children and women. As a result, Annastacia founded Make It Happen, an organisation on a mission to advocate for the rights of children who are being abused, exploited or put at risk within family homes or within the public system.
For many of us we assume the free world is one where basic human rights are a given. Sadly in many parts of the world this simply isn’t true. There are parts of the world where words like justice or freedom have no literal translation – at least not for women or children where it is acceptable to be raped of power. Where violence, sexual abuse, incest and abandonment are a normal part of a silent and lethal cultural narrative. It is time for a new story, and today there is no other choice but to ‘make it happen’.
Audiences will walk away from this presentation deeply moved by a story of pain that has been transformed into a courageous purpose. A personal story of a woman who is searching for one child to call her own, is now on a mission to save many. This is a story that deeply highlights the need for the world to set a global standard with regards to basic human rights, with a focus on the protection of children. After All the stories we tell ourselves, especially in cultures where exploitation is rife, are the stories that change the world.
