Purpose
The comment sections on our Free Diagnostics and Masterclasses pages exist for constructive discussion — questions, experiences, feedback, and conversation that is useful to other readers. These Community Guidelines explain how that works and what we expect from anyone who takes part.
Comment Moderation
Every comment is reviewed by an administrator before it becomes visible to other visitors. Submitting a comment does not guarantee it will be published. Moderation exists to keep the discussion useful, on-topic and respectful — not to suppress disagreement or critical feedback offered in good faith.
Content We Do Not Publish
We will not approve comments that contain:
- Harassment, threats, or targeted abuse
- Hateful or discriminatory content
- Spam or repeated promotional content
- Malicious links, malware, or harmful code
- Fraudulent or deceptive content, or impersonation of another person
- Someone else’s personal information posted without their permission
- Illegal content
- Sexually explicit material
- Excessive profanity or abusive language
- Content that appears to be automated or irrelevant to the discussion
Protecting Your Privacy
Please do not post in a comment:
- Passwords or financial/account credentials
- Private contact information (yours or anyone else’s)
- Other sensitive personal information
- Information about another person that they have not agreed to share
Your name and comment become public once approved; your email address is never published — see our Privacy Policy for how it is used.
Moderation Actions
Depending on the comment, we may: approve it as submitted, reject it without publishing, remove a previously published comment if it is later found to breach these guidelines, or restrict further submissions from a source engaged in abusive activity.
Security
Automated anti-spam and security checks help protect this community from abuse. We do not publish details of how those checks work, as doing so would make them easier to bypass.
