About Annastacia

A Nurse Who Became a Culture Strategist

"Leadership is not a title. It's a daily choice to show up authentically, serve others faithfully, and lead courageously toward a shared vision of excellence and impact."

Annastacia began her career as a nurse, studying in Finland before moving to Sydney in 2007. She rose through aged care leadership as a Clinical Manager at Bupa Australia and Manager, Facilities at RSL LifeCare, before stepping into her work as a leadership and culture strategist.

Today she works with CEOs, boards and executive teams, bringing clinical governance experience into the rooms where culture is decided. She is the host of The Human Edge Podcast, author of Ignite, and founder of Make It Happen, a child advocacy charity in Kenya.
